Product Review: MAC Coral Bliss Lipstick

     I've been lemming for a pretty pink with peach or coral shade lipstick for years now and finally found one in MAC's Cremesheen formula- Coral Bliss. A pretty pink and peach lipstick shade that is perfect for summer and for lazy days when I don't want to wear makeup. The pink and peach tones in this lipstick give a pretty pop of color on my lips whenever I want to brighten up my day. 

     I bought this in an instant because I forgot to bring my lipstick the day I'm on my way to an event. My plan is to buy MAC Angel first before this but after seeing how pretty this baby after the SA (sales lady) handed me the bullet at MAC Sm Aura, I got totally sold.      MAC Coral Bliss is a beautiful mixture of pink and coral with a pearl finish. The shade is so pretty in person and great for an everyday lipstick. It has a lip balm like formula that has a very comfortable feel on the lips once applied. It gives medium coverage that has a semi-glossy finish. If you're a fan of lip gloss and shine, you will like this coral shade from MAC.

Swatched heavily on my arm

     This is from MAC's Cremesheen + Pearl Collection. If you look closely, you can see bits of pearls infused in light creamy texture of this lipstick. The pearls give a semi-gloss look on the lips after two swipes that make the color shimmer.

What I like:

• The packaging is simple. I have a thing on black bullet lipstick/s so this one is a plus for me.
• It has a pretty pink coral mixed shade that complements my skin tone. The color does not wash me out in photos even if I only have minimal makeup (eyeliner and eyebrow).
• MAC Coral Blis has a cremesheen formula. It's creamy and light on the lips.
• It has medium buildable coverage. 
• The soft and comforting feel makes it easy to apply.
• I like that the formula does not emphasize the lines on my lips.
• No bleeding or smudging after application.
• The scent- it is sweet like vanilla but not overpowering.
• Does not dry my lips.
• There are a batch and manufacturing date printed on it.

What I don't like:

• The price is steep for budget-conscious individuals.
• Staying power is so-so, it lasted 2-3 hours on my lips.

Will I repurchase: Yes from the same formula but another shade.

Recommendation:

     I give this a 4.5/5 rating. This is the perfect everyday coral shade with no red, pink, or brown undertones. The formula is very light, no need to apply a lip balm if you wish too because of the balmy texture. The semi-gloss shine is pretty and gives a fresh look on photos.
