She's always on a diet, one of the few things that my very close friends and relatives would tell you if asked to describe me. It's true, I've been on a yo-yo diet almost half of my life. It all started during my elementary days when I realized that wearing a size 33 jeans and a very loose boy's shirt doesn't look good on photos. It's only during my pre and post pregnancy that I realized exercise and balanced diet is the key to have a healthy body.

I still stick to my eating habit (no rice more protein and veggies) plus 3x a week exercise of if ever I have time I make sure to do crunches and other types of workout.

ReplyDeleteMy only concern is the contents of the product. It's a great quick fix but personally I'd be worried to create a lifestyle around it.
I'll definitely be trying mySlim. I've heard that a good detox does wonders for the body, but most of them sound horrible. You know, no eating solid foods, etc. This one sounds painless, and it has the added benefit of being a fat burner. Love it!

DeleteMinsan talaga hiyangan din ang pag take ng diet supplements. Of course for it to work, need to have diet and exercise pa din. Never heard Nidora yet.
nakaubos na ako ng 1 bottle nun capsule then 3x a week yun detox pero wala naman nangyari same parin ang timbang ko and size ko. hindi na rin ako kumakain sa gabi at toxic pa sa work pero no effect sa akin :(

DeleteSorry to hear that. Like with other products, hiyangan din kasi. Minsan kahit na umiinom ka ng mga ganito kung stress ka, nakakadagdag din yun. Saka there's this thing na mas mabigat and muscle sa fat. So don't rely on weight. May mga kilala ako pumayat, nag-toned yung body pero mas bumigat. Meaning na loose nila and fats pero muscles naman ang pumalit.

DeleteHaven't tried the capsule yet. I gave it to my sister. I saw naman the capsule size, it's the regular size of capsules like that of solmux. It's red in color pala :)

DeleteIn my experience after ilang hours lang, sa cr na agad punta ko. Not sure in your case, it depends din kasi sa katawan ng iinom. If you're working in a call center, better take this sa rest day mo. Yung nasa bahay ka lang. It's also advised to drink this once or twice a week lang.
wala po ba sya side effects sa mga organ natn? takot kc ako magtake ng mga slimming drinks. hehe kaya matnong po. saka pede ba isabay din sa pag inom ng myra E? thnx

DeleteLahat ng sobra na supplements and medicines sa katawan masama. Yes, may effect to sa organs natin lalo na kung hindi tama yung pag inom. Pede naman isabay sa Myra- E.
May allergy kasi ako sa Ibuprofen and Paracetamol... is there a common ingredient? Baka magka allergy kasi ako eh.

DeleteThank you! 1 month lang ako ng take ng MySlim. Around an inch din ang nawala kasi sinabayan ko ng sit-ups. After that hindi na ko uminom. Depende din kasi kung ano yung hiyang sayo. Tried powder and drink, both are effective naman.

hi po ng tatake po ako ngayon ng capsule dahil working ako no time mag exercise. pero napansin ko ndi nko gutumin katulad ng dati. satisfied nko sa isng cup ng rice. nxt step ko mg cut ng rice. pkiramdam ko dn po ng light ang body ko. sa sobrng laki ko kc minsan hindi nko mklkad ng maayos. i weight 101.7 kls. not pounds but kilos. thats right im so huge. kea hopefully this my slim will work on me.

DeleteThank you for sharing your experience. I still advise you to eat nutritious food and do a little exercise kahit 10 mins. I don't advise take dietary supplements for a long time. You have to take this with proper diet and exercise din. Hope you can find time to exercise kahit papano. It's for you din in the long run.

DeleteYes, it is effective kahit hindi ka mag-exercise at first pero you have to make sure na proper diet tapos haluan mo ng exercise kasi hindi pede na for the rest of your life naka depende ka sa slimming pills and capsules.
Hi pede ask what if na achieve mo na ung desire mo na weight.. dapat ba iinom pa din or gawing maintenance or stop na?

DeleteYou can stop if you wish just be sure to stick to your diet and exercise. As for the maintenance siguro you can drink na lang a bottle per week or once every 2 weeks.
I've been drinking myslim for about a month na and I must say it's very effective. A few minutes after drinking mafi-feel mo na that you are about to "go" pero hindi siya humihilab. If you drink it around 7pm siguro makaka 5 times ka before you sleep but you will not feel weak or dehydrated. I'm drinking my slim 3 times a week, though I was not able to monitor my weight lost, i felt like medyo nagflat na yung lower abdomen ko (puson). No LBM feeling, no palpitations whatsoever.

ReplyDeleteYou can drink kahit yung drink lang. Not required naman to take the capsule. It's an alternative if you don't like the ready to drink and powdered drink na myslim.

DeleteYou can do any kind of exercise. Zumba, Yoga, or pag sa bahay ka lang you can watch videos on youtube. Yung mga 30 mins exercise will do. Do it 3-5 times a week.
okey lang ba na uminom nito kahit may ibang supplement ka pang iniinom na pangdiet ???

Hi Kath, I've been very curios about MySlim. Infact, I bought around 4 bottles of yerba mate drink and still haven't drink it for almost 3 months. It's safe pa naman because it will expire on 2017 pa. Upon reading your blog, I'm a bit convinced na. But I have to know, how does it really work? When you drink it, what really happens? DeleteThe drink made me go to the bathroom after a couple of hours. That's why it is advisable to drink it twice a week only. It's for cleansing talaga of the intestines with some sort of appetite suppressant.

DeleteIf you're taking the Slimming Drink, better take the Vitamin E in the morning or better yet skip mo muna yung Vitamin E on the day you're drinking the drink kasi may laxative effect. If capsule naman, pede pagsabyin.
hi, i have bought capsules last 2 days and drank 2 times a day after meals. But why is it that i have not when to the bathroom for last 2 days and i feel bloated and my stomach got bigger and it was said that it suppresses hunger needs but why is it everytime i take it, it make me more hungry. DeleteThe slimming drink is the one that will make you go to the bathroom after drinking it. I only featured the capsule and did not try them that's why I cannot answer your question. My apologies on that. Maybe stop taking the pill and observe your body first for a week before you resume on taking the pill.
Can I take this Myslim products even if I only weigh 43kg? But I have this fat belly and it ruins my slim figure and can't even wear fitted clothes. Grrr.. your opinion guys will be much appreciated. Thanks.

DeleteI will suggest you to do sit-ups every night for that. Since you only weigh 43 kg and I presume you're not on the heavy side, better exercise than drinking slimming pills or other slimming supplements as the effects will vary from person to person.
