Hi! I'm back after a week of feeling the holiday depression thingy where I just wanted to stay at home and think of nothing. Well, it's hormonal I guess because after my monthly visit the feeling just flown away. I feel the holidays now! So let's start celebrating this season with good vibes and by that I want to share my happy thoughts on my first mineral makeup experience. I really want to share this review because I know most of us use pencil, liquid or gel type of eyeliner. If you're thinking that loose pigments like this will not give you the good color pay-off that you're looking for an eyeliner then think twice. This baby gives amazing results!
Virginia Olsen Minerals eye colour has been produced with a high density of mineral makeup ingredients, so a little goes a long way. These natural cosmetics can be used interchangeably as eyeliner, highlighter, or eyeshadow.

What I like:
- It's all natural and doesn't contain harmful chemicals.
- Affordable- a little amount of product goes a long way.
- Multipurpose- can be used as a eyeliner, eyeshadow or highlighter.
- Can be applied dry or wet.
- It's easy to apply, glides on smoothly and velvety on my lids.
- There is a wide range of colors to choose from. Can I say fun here? To tell you honestly, I like all the colors.
- The jar has a unique shape and looks expensive for my taste. It's sealed too so you know you're getting fresh and unused product from them.
- Mineral makeup DOESN'T EXPIRE :)
What I don't like:
- Little fall outs during dry application but it's given since the product is in loose form.
Will I repurchase? Yes!!! I would love to get other colors to use as eyeshadow preferably something that's appropriate for a daytime look.
Recommendation:
I give this a 4.5/5 rating. A love at first try experience! When I was at the Virginia Olsen Minerals headquarters, I'm having second thoughts if I'm going to purchase this product. I'm not sure if the color will show up on my lash lines since this is my first time using mineral makeup on my eyes. I'm worrying that I'll just waste my time and effort applying it. But when Hazel made a dry swatch on her arm, I got convinced because it's simply pigmented. So after how many uses, whether wet or dry application this product never failed in giving my eye that naturally enhanced look :D
Have you tried Virginia Olsen Minerals? What products from VO do you use?
